Surgical services: We schedule surgeries weekdays and utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern monitoring equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures.
Radiology: Our on-site X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders. Ultrasound is available by appointment with a board certified specialist.
Internal medicine: We offer in-hospital procedures as well as referrals to an internal medicine specialist who performs ultrasounds and endoscopic procedures, which help us diagnose more complicated cases.
Laboratory: Our in-house laboratory provides instant serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consults. Those results are available in 12 to 24 hours.
Dentistry: Our dental services include ultrasonic scaling/cleaning, polishing, charting, extractions and minor oral surgery.
Pharmacy: We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals including antibiotics, pain medications, flea and tick control and heartworm preventatives. We also carry prescription diets for Hills, Royal Canine, Eukanuba and Purina.
Boarding: We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Saturday. All patients must be current on vaccines, free of external parasites and healthy to board at our hospital.
Permanent identification: We offer microchip identification for dogs and cats. This can be done while the patient is awake by a simple injection under the skin over the shoulders. It takes only minutes to place and is virtually painless. This does not need to be done under anesthesia.
Late Hours: We understand that a lot of our clients work during the day. We offer Late Hours during the weekdays as well as Saturday Hours to accommodate their schedule. Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
